1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery (requires proof via photos).
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your item, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- You notify us within 24 hours and provide proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as processing begins immediately.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

- Provide your order number, clear photos, and details of the issue.
- If eligible, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
5. Lipa Mdogo Mdogo (Installment Plan)
We offer a Lipa Mdogo Mdogo option, where you can:
- Pay half the buying price to reserve an item.
- The balance must be paid within an agreed timeframe before the item is shipped.
